We understand the importance of purchasing a wedding dress or formal gown and ensure that every item undergoes strict quality inspection before shipment.
If a return or refund is required due to quality issues or other reasonable causes, we will handle it in accordance with the following terms.

Please note:

  • Custom-made / Made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect.
  • Standard-size items may be returned or refunded if they meet the eligibility conditions below.

2. Eligible Return Situations

You may apply for a return or refund in the following situations:

  1. Product Quality or Manufacturing Defect
    • Examples include a broken zipper, visible stains, torn fabric, or incorrect size (not due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer).
    • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide clear photos or videos as proof.
  2. Wrong Item or Color Shipped
    • If the item, color, or size does not match your order, MyVow will cover all return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or refund.
  3. Return of Standard Products
    • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
    • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
    • You must submit your return request within 14 days of receiving the product.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order bridal and formal dresses
  • Incorrect size or information provided by the customer
  • Subjective reasons such as “not liking the item” or “not as expected”
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
  • Returns requested after the eligible return period
  • Minor color differences caused by monitor display variations
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items

4. Return Process

If you meet the return conditions, please follow these steps:

    • Email us or contact us and provide:
      • Your order number
      • Description of the issue
      • Clear photos or videos as evidence
  2. Review & Confirmation
    • We will review your request within 2–5 business days.
    • If approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.
    • Please do not return items without approval — unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  3. Return Shipping
    • Pack the item securely and use a trackable shipping method.
    • For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
    • Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal, Credit Card, Stripe).
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days, depending on bank processing time.
  • If the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or does not meet return conditions, the refund will be declined.

Since wedding and formal gowns are highly personalized products, each one is made specifically for you:

  • Please ensure that you provide accurate measurements before placing your order.
  • Once a custom order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
  • If a clear manufacturing error occurs, we will take responsibility for repair or replacement.

9. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame:
