1. Shipping Coverage
We offer worldwide shipping, including but not limited to:
- The United Kingdom and major European countries
- North America, Australia, Asia, and the Middle East
If shipping to your country or region is not supported, our system will notify you automatically at checkout.
2. Processing Time
- Standard items:
Usually dispatched within 7–15 business days after your order and payment are confirmed. - Custom-made / Made-to-order items:
As these are handcrafted and undergo quality inspection, processing time is 10–25 business days, depending on design complexity.
⚠️ Please note that holidays, severe weather, or customs delays may extend the processing and delivery time.
3. Shipping Methods & Tracking
We partner with reputable international couriers, including
DHL, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, EMS, and YunExpress.
- Every order includes a tracking number
- A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is dispatched
- If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days after shipment, please contact us
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and shipping method.
- Orders over a certain amount may qualify for Free Shipping, depending on promotions.
- For oversized or custom-made gowns, additional packaging or expedited shipping fees may apply.
5. Customs & Import Duties
- Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees in your destination country.
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are collected by the local customs authority.
- MyVow has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
- If a customer refuses to pay customs duties, resulting in return or destruction of the parcel, the loss will be borne by the customer.
We recommend checking your local import policy before placing an order.
6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete:
- Once the parcel has been shipped, we cannot modify the address.
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or failed local delivery, the customer will bear the cost of reshipping.
- Upon receipt, please inspect your package. If you notice any damage or signs of tampering, report it immediately to the courier and take photos as evidence.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your parcel is delayed during transit, we will assist in contacting the shipping carrier.
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of shipment.
- Once the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Partial Shipments
If your order includes both in-stock and custom-made items, we may:
- Ship available items first, and
- Send custom-made items separately once completed.
Tracking details for each shipment will be included in your dispatch email.
9. Force Majeure & Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or wars
- Customs inspections or clearance delays
- Air transport or international transit disruptions
We will, however, make every effort to provide updates and support during such situations.
